Preamble

We the People of the ESF Nation, in order to form a more perfect union, promise to abide by the laws of the ESF , promote justice, order, and security and help other penguins waddle around the Club Penguin Universe.

Oath

I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the ESF Nation.* And to the Republic, for which it stands, as a nation led  by AcidMega, we will crush all who stand in our way.

1. Any member of ESF Government may be impeached or taken out of Government at any time.

2. A Governor of any server may change anything that displeases them.

3. A law may not be passed without approval of Congress.

4. Alliances or rivals shall not be made without approval of leaders of the 3 branches and the advisor.

5. A member of ESF may run for anything they want.

6. A member of ESF may not vote more than once in an election.

7. Members of the ESF may not make verbal or physical war with each other.

8. Disputes shall often be settled by talking with judges or members of the Judicial Branch.

9. There shall be no bots, or multiple logging in in this army.
